REVISIONS

REVISIONS: We provide unlimited revisions on work that has been delivered, provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery and, in some circumstances, within 14 days. According to the urgency of the order, all revision requests related to customers' orders will be fulfilled with a standard minimum turnaround time of 24 hours.

The following turnaround time for revisions is based on urgency:

• Orders with a deadline of up to 24 hours would require a 24-hour turnaround for revisions.
• Revision turnaround time is 48 hours for orders with a 24-to-48-hour deadline.
• Orders of 48 hours or more would require a 72-hour turnaround for revisions.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT

Before a project begins, any needs will be reviewed with the clients. Service level disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the terms and conditions that were agreed upon at the start of a project, these terms and conditions, and reasonable business standards.

REFUND POLICY

Before we begin working on your project, you have the right to a complete refund of your payment. However, after a project has begun, the refund will be processed once any necessary transaction fees have been subtracted from the total.

If you are dissatisfied with any product or service offered by Vanilla Heart Publishers, you may seek a refund within five days after the completion of your transaction. If we are unable to offer the requested service through our unlimited revision policy, a percentage-based refund will be given. If a refund request is not made within five days of your purchase being delivered, all parties will assume that you are satisfied with the provided product.
